No surprise top-ups. Linen, welcome packs, stock control and reporting are baked into the price you see.
Cleaning & turnaround
A full holiday-home turnover by our trained team, sized to your property:
- Studio — up to 2.5 hrs, 1 cleaner
- 1 Bedroom — up to 3 hrs, 1 cleaner
- 2 Bedrooms — up to 4 hrs, 1 cleaner
- 3 Bedrooms — up to 3 hrs, 2 cleaners
- 4 Bedrooms — up to 4 hrs, 2 cleaners
Need it done faster or extra hours? Additional time is AED 45 + VAT per hour per cleaner.
Laundry — per bedroom
Each package includes a fresh set per bedroom:
- 1 bedsheet, 1 duvet cover, 4 pillowcases
- 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels
- 1 bath mat per bathroom
Extra sets: Single AED 35 · Double AED 50 (+ VAT). Additional laundry is charged per our price list.
Linen hire option
Prefer hired linen to laundering your own? Linen & towel hire is included for up to 2 weeks (14 nights) per booking.
- Beyond 2 weeks: AED 20 + VAT per set, per additional 2 weeks
- Extra sets outside the package: Double AED 50 · Single AED 35 (+ VAT)
- Beach towels: AED 7 + VAT per piece
Welcome pack & amenities
Guest-ready commodities, restocked each visit and included in the price:
- Drinking water, coffee, tea & sugar
- Body wash, shampoo, conditioner & hand wash
- Toilet paper, kitchen towel & bedroom tissues
- Washing-up liquid, dishwasher & laundry capsules, trash bags
Extra amenities outside the standard pack: AED 30 + VAT per bedroom.

Not every job needs the full package. Book cleaning by the hour, or add specialist services on request.
