You can request linen hire instead of laundry service for an additional fee of 20 AED / set + VAT for up to 2 weeks.

We work everyday of the week between 9AM and 7:30PM. We understand that certain hours are the peak times for holiday home cleanings, we have an ample workforce dedicated to meeting the demand during the busy period from 11AM to 3PM.

Can I customize the cleaning services to suit my specific requirements?

Absolutely! Our services are flexible and customizable. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll tailor a cleaning plan that fits your needs.

How do you handle stock management for holiday homes?

Our team monitors and replenishes essential supplies, ensuring your holiday home is consistently stocked with necessities for your guests’ convenience. You can decide to refill your stock by ordering through us, or order your own supply.

Do you provide the cleaning products and materials?

This is completely up to you if your property is equipped with the products and essentials, we can provide your cheaper rates for cleaning.

Is your holiday home cleaning service available everywhere in Dubai?

We are currently operating in these areas: Downtown Dubai and its surroundings, Sheikh Zayed Road, Creek Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Marina, JLT, JBR.

Can you assist with last-minute cleanings or emergencies?

Absolutely! Depending on availability our team is equipped to handle emergency cleanings and last-minute requests. Contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What happens if I receive a guest complaint related to cleanliness?
